This wooden box is intended for the separate storage of 12 skewers with wooden handles. It keeps long barbecue utensils together inside one enclosed case, keeps the set orderly between grilling sessions, and gives it a finished gift presentation. The product is the box itself: skewers, a flask, cups, and other accessories are not included.

Internal arrangement

The elongated body has a hinged lid that opens to expose the complete interior. This provides access to every position, allowing the skewers to be arranged or removed one at a time. Transverse holders with individual shaped recesses support the metal strips in parallel rows. The wooden handles rest along one side, while the metal sections remain arranged in separate positions.

Checking skewer compatibility

The 12 intended positions do not establish a fit for skewers of every size. Before placing an existing set inside, compare the box with the actual skewers:

• check the full length of each skewer, including its wooden handle;
• consider the shape and thickness of the handle so it can sit freely along the side;
• compare the width and thickness of the metal strip with the recesses in the holders;
• make sure the arranged utensils allow the lid to close without pressure.

The pointed ends should not push against the wall, and the handles should remain below the edge of the body. This trial arrangement is particularly important when the skewers were purchased separately or have different profiles. The box is intended for wooden-handled versions; cases made for metal-handled skewers are a different configuration.

Storage and care

Place only cooled, cleaned, and completely dry skewers inside. Moisture and food residue should not remain against the inner wooden surfaces or between the holders. Use a soft, dry cloth for routine cleaning of the case. Do not soak the box or place it beside an open flame or on a heated surface. If it becomes accidentally damp, remove all contents and leave the lid open until the interior has dried fully.

The case works well for storing barbecue utensils at home or in a country house and for presenting a prepared set to someone who enjoys cooking over a grill. All 12 positions remain visible when the lid is open, making it easy to count the skewers and return each one to an orderly position after cleaning.
