Automation Components

Automation components are used to assemble, repair, and maintain the mechanisms that coordinate the moving parts of an automatic rotisserie. Individual parts can serve different roles, including transmitting movement, connecting sections, securing elements, or replacing worn components. The correct choice depends on the firebox design and the operating arrangement of the automation system.

Important criteria include the component's function, installation and fastening method, connection geometry, working length, and the type of movement it transfers. Its relationship with the other mechanism parts, position near the heat source, cleaning requirements, and service access should also be considered. Components in a multi-part system need to connect without misalignment, preserve the required direction of movement, and avoid obstructing skewer placement. For repairs, the replacement part should match both the functional role and the connection parameters of the existing assembly.
