Delivery, payment, and returns
Delivery
Delivery is by Nova Poshta across Ukraine. We ship every day except Sunday.
Items in stock are shipped the same day. If an item is temporarily unavailable, shipping may be delayed by up to 3 days — we will let you know in advance.
Made-to-order items (engraving, custom printing, plywood products) are produced within 1–3 business days and shipped afterwards.
Delivery is paid by the recipient according to the carrier tariffs.
Payment
Payment is made by cash on delivery at a Nova Poshta branch.
Delivery cost and the carrier fee for the cash-on-delivery service are paid by the recipient.
Returns
You can exchange or return an item within 14 days of receiving it.
Conditions: the item shows no signs of use, and its presentation, packaging and completeness are preserved. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
If an item has a manufacturing defect, we will exchange it or refund your money. In that case we cover the shipping.
Made-to-order items (engraving, custom printing) are a service and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Пікнікар
Piknikar is an online shop for picnics, barbecue and outdoor leisure. Here you will find everything to turn a trip out of town into a real feast: from a brazier and a cauldron to a deck chair and a thermos.
Cooking over fire
Braziers and grill grates, skewers and skewer sets in cases, the legendary harrow-disc pans, cast-iron pans and saj griddles, cauldrons with stands, smokehouses, wood stoves, fire bowls and gas burners. This cookware is not afraid of open flame, serves for years and gives your dishes that genuine campfire flavour no kitchen can match.
Setting up the camp
Hatchets and entrenching shovels, folding tables and deck chairs, thermoses and kitchen boards. And for good company we have our signature item — drink dispensers, including themed ones and models shaped like cars: they always become the highlight of the table.
A gift with character
We will make an item with individual engraving or custom printing: a name, a date, a wish or a logo. A brazier, a skewer set in a case or a drink dispenser with a personal inscription will never go unnoticed.
How to order
- add the item to the cart and complete the checkout in a few minutes;
- we ship across Ukraine by Nova Poshta;
