High Disassemblable Stainless Steel Brazier for 12 Skewers, 3 mm
Description
This high disassemblable brazier is designed for cooking food on skewers over charcoal. Its raised cooking area is convenient when the heat and food need attention for an extended period: the skewers can be reached from a standing position without repeatedly bending toward a low firebox. The format suits a yard, country property, or prepared outdoor cooking area. Twelve skewer positions allow several portions to be cooked in one session and removed individually as they become ready.
Sectional construction with a lower shelf
The firebox sits between two tall side panels, with an open metal shelf spanning the lower part of the structure. Prepared firewood or a supply of charcoal can be placed there without occupying the ground beside the brazier. Its open layout keeps the shelf accessible from the working side. The principal sections can be separated after use, making the brazier easier to store and allowing its panels to be cleaned individually.
The design incorporates Ukrainian symbols. Both side panels have trident-shaped cut-outs, while the front wall carries the Ukrainian inscription “Слава Україні”. These decorative openings are formed directly in the metal panels and do not require separate ornaments to be attached.
Confirmed specifications
- Type: high disassemblable brazier.
- Material: stainless steel.
- Metal thickness: 3 mm.
- Capacity: 12 skewers.
- Fuel: charcoal or prepared firewood burned down to embers.
- Additional surface: open lower shelf for a supply of solid fuel.
Assembly and positioning
Before lighting the fuel, connect all sections completely and check that the tall side supports stand evenly without leaning. Place the brazier only on a level, non-combustible base, well away from dry grass, branches, and other objects that may ignite. The lower shelf should not be overloaded or used as a seat. Never move or dismantle the brazier while it is hot; separate the panels only after the metal, fuel, and ash have cooled completely.
Cleaning and storage
Let the metal cool naturally after cooking, as sudden cooling with water creates an undesirable temperature change. Remove fully cooled charcoal and ash from the firebox, then clean away soot, grease, and food residue. A soft sponge or cloth with a non-abrasive detergent is suitable for stainless steel. Hard brushes and abrasive powders may leave visible scratches on the surface. Wipe every panel dry after wet cleaning. Before storage, inspect the slots and joining areas so that trapped ash or debris does not obstruct the next assembly. Keep the separated, dry sections in a place protected from precipitation.
