Steel Vertical Eco Grill with Motorized 12-Skewer Rotator
Description
Cook kebabs without turning every skewer by hand
This vertical eco grill is designed for charcoal cooking while reducing the repetitive work normally required at a traditional brazier. Its built-in motorized skewer mechanism rotates the skewers continuously, exposing the food to the heat from different sides. Once the skewers are positioned, the cook can concentrate on managing the charcoal and checking doneness instead of turning every serving manually. It is a practical arrangement for garden gatherings, picnics, and outdoor meals where several portions need to cook together.
The grill uses a vertical layout rather than placing the food directly above the fuel. Charcoal occupies the central section, while the skewers stand along both sides. Dripping juice and fat therefore fall into the trays below instead of landing directly on the hot coals. This arrangement removes a major source of flare-ups and harsh smoke produced by burning fat. Two separate collection trays serve the two skewer rows and help keep residue away from the ground around the grill.
Construction and cooking functions
- Capacity for 12 skewers. Six positions are arranged on each side of the central fuel chamber, allowing a substantial batch to cook in one session.
- Motorized rotation. The drive moves the built-in skewer system and turns the food repeatedly for more consistent exposure to the heat.
- Vertical cooking layout. Food sits beside the charcoal rather than immediately over it, so dripping fat does not fall straight into the combustion area.
- Two collection trays. Juice and fat are caught beneath the skewers, making the cooking area easier to keep tidy and allowing the trays to be cleaned separately after cooling.
- Upper grate. It can serve as a warming surface for cooked food or support suitable cookware such as a pan or cauldron, provided the vessel is stable and appropriate for the available heat.
- Lower fuel shelf. Prepared firewood or charcoal can be kept within reach instead of being placed directly on the ground.
- Demountable steel body. The grill separates into individual sections for transport and storage, then assembles into a raised, leg-supported structure for cooking.
Setting up a cooking session
Place the assembled grill on a level, non-combustible surface and check that every panel, tray, and support is seated securely before lighting the fuel. Food should be distributed along each skewer so that large pieces do not catch on the body or touch adjacent skewers as the mechanism turns. The holder is intended for conventional, straight barbecue skewers. Before active cooking begins, connect the drive to a compatible portable power source and run a brief check to ensure that every loaded position can rotate freely.
Automatic turning promotes steadier browning, but the charcoal and the food still require normal supervision. Heat intensity depends on the amount and condition of the fuel, while cooking time varies with the ingredient and the size of each piece. Meat is the obvious choice, but fish, seafood, and vegetables can also be prepared when they are firmly secured and suitable for cooking on skewers beside the heat.
Cleaning and storage
Allow the grill to cool completely before removing ash and food residue. Clean the steel sections and collection trays with a dry brush, and keep the motor away from moisture, dirt, and direct heat. For longer storage, clean and dismantle the grill and keep its parts in a dry, ventilated place. This model is especially well suited to buyers who want two-sided vertical skewer placement, a 12-skewer batch capacity, and powered rotation without continuous manual handling.
