Automatic 6-skewer 3 mm steel brazier with personalised engraving

This automatic brazier is designed to cook food on six skewers at the same time. Its integrated rotisserie and motor turn the skewers without continuous manual handling, presenting each side of the food to the heat in sequence. The cook remains responsible for the quantity and condition of the fuel, the heat intensity and deciding when the food is ready. The model can be fired with charcoal or firewood and combines its powered skewer system with a collapsible body.

Integrated rotating mechanism

Six seating positions connect the skewers to the drive mechanism. Before lighting the fuel, the body should be assembled completely, placed on a level and stable surface, and checked with every skewer in position. Each skewer needs to sit straight, engage freely with the drive and rotate without touching the firebox walls or an adjacent position. The motor controls rotation only: it does not regulate the heat or determine whether the food is cooked.

Skewers should be selected for both the required length and a drive-end shape that engages correctly with the mechanism. Their handles may be made of metal or wood. Food needs to be arranged with enough clearance to prevent projecting pieces from contacting the body, neighbouring skewers or moving components. Skewers are not part of the base set. An additional battery-equipped motor is also treated as a separate accessory.

Collapsible body and personalised finish

The firebox is assembled from flat steel panels joined through dedicated slots. The parts should be inserted fully and fitted firmly together so that the body assumes its intended position. After use, the construction can be dismantled into separate panels, making it easier to arrange for transport or storage than a permanently assembled firebox. Personalised engraving can add a name, short inscription or selected image to the body. The artwork is not fixed for this model and does not alter its dimensions, capacity or drive layout.

Cleaning and storage

Cleaning should begin only after the steel has cooled completely. Ash and dry residue can be removed with a brush, paying particular attention to the slots, panel edges and connection points. The motor and its connections should be protected from water. Before storage, the dismantled steel components should be clean and dry, with the parts arranged so that the slots and mechanism mounting areas are not bent or distorted.
