Care after serving

Allow the platter, lid, warming container, and stand to cool before cleaning. Remove food residue from the detachable serving pieces with a soft sponge, then dry each part thoroughly. Avoid stiff brushes and abrasive cleaners on the black powder-coated frame because they may scratch its finished surface. Charcoal or solid-fuel residue should be removed from the lower container only after combustion has stopped and the container is cold. Make sure every component is clean and dry before storing the set.
