Automatic 10-Skewer Grill with Two Motors, 3 mm Steel
Description
This automatic grill handles the repetitive turning of skewers, leaving the cook to concentrate on heat and doneness. Its built-in rotisserie mechanism rotates the skewers above the coals, repeatedly changing the orientation of each piece toward the heat source. The system is particularly useful when all ten positions are occupied: instead of turning every skewer by hand in sequence, the cook can focus on distributing the coals and removing each portion when it is ready.
Low firebox with an integrated drive
The rectangular body is made from 3 mm steel and measures 690 × 330 × 240 mm. Its low-profile format is intended for placement on a level, non-combustible base. The knock-down construction consists of flat steel sections, allowing the grill to be disassembled for transport or storage and assembled again before cooking.
Components positioned at the sides of the firebox support and rotate the skewers. Two motors are included with this version. They operate the automatic rotisserie but do not regulate temperature: heating intensity still depends on the amount and placement of fuel, the size of the food pieces and their distance from the coals. Rotation therefore reduces repetitive manual work, while the food still needs to be checked throughout cooking.

Using the rotating mechanism
Before lighting the fuel, assemble the body on a stable base and make sure its sections are correctly joined. Spread the fuel along the firebox instead of concentrating the heat beneath one small area. For balanced rotation, load the skewers with portions of similar weight and place them in their designated positions. Start the drive after a working bed of coals has formed, keeping the motors and the other drive components away from direct flames, hot coals and loose ash.
If one part of the firebox becomes noticeably hotter, redistribute the coals. Finished skewers can be removed individually because cooking speed varies with the ingredients and portion size. Automatic rotation changes the side facing the heat more frequently, but visual checks remain necessary for meat, vegetables and other foods.
Cleaning and storage
After cooking, let the grill cool completely before removing ash and unused fuel. Clean soot from the steel surfaces without soaking the drive components, then dry all parts thoroughly before storage. Store the motors away from damp metal sections and loose ash. At the next assembly, check the stability of the firebox, the position of the side supports and the unobstructed movement of the mechanism before loading it over the heat.
This model suits occasions that call for several portions to be cooked at once while reducing constant hand-turning and retaining direct control over the charcoal bed.
