Description

Food on eight skewers can be cooked at the same time without turning each skewer separately. The built-in rotating mechanism and motor move the installed skewers together, maintaining a shared turning rhythm above the heat. The cook still controls the amount and distribution of charcoal, monitors each ingredient, and removes portions that finish sooner than the rest.

Collapsible construction and working dimensions

The removable legs raise the rectangular firebox to a practical working height. After cooking, the legs and motor can be detached so the individual parts are easier to arrange for transport or storage. The exterior surfaces have a black finish.

  • Capacity: 8 working positions for skewers.
  • Dimensions H × W × L: 690 × 290 × 500 mm.
  • Firebox material: 3 mm steel.
  • Leg length: 45 cm; quantity — 4.
  • Weight: 14.5 kg.
  • Main parts: firebox, removable motor, and removable legs.

Preparing the rotating mechanism

Set the brazier on a level, non-combustible surface, leaving enough room on both sides to insert and remove the skewers freely. Before lighting the charcoal, assemble the structure, seat the legs securely, attach the motor, and test the movement with no load. Then place the skewers in their intended positions and check again that they turn freely without touching the firebox walls or interfering with adjacent skewers.

Arrange meat, poultry, fish, or vegetables so that no pieces project too far beyond the skewer, and use portions of a similar size on neighboring positions. The motor supplies the turning motion only: cooking intensity continues to depend on the charcoal bed, the distance from the heat, and the size of the ingredients. Thin pieces and foods that cook more quickly should be removed when ready instead of being left in place until every skewer is finished.

Cleaning after cooking

Remove ash and remaining charcoal only after the firebox has cooled completely. Clean food residue from the steel parts, wipe them dry, and store them without trapped moisture. Wipe the disconnected, cool motor with a dry, soft cloth. Do not immerse it, pour water over it, or clean it in a way that could allow liquid to enter the motor housing. Remove all skewers and make sure the mechanism has stopped completely before dismantling the brazier.
