Tall Collapsible Steel Brazier for 14 Skewers with Firewood Shelf, 3 mm
Description
A generous charcoal-cooking area for outdoor gatherings
This tall collapsible brazier accommodates 14 skewers at the same time. Its 85 cm working length provides room for a substantial batch, making the unit suitable for family meals, garden gatherings and longer days outdoors. The 35 cm width creates a conventional rectangular charcoal bed, while the overall height of 85 cm lets the cook work in a standing position. It is a practical format for a dedicated barbecue area at home, yet the separate-panel construction also makes the unit easier to transport or put away between outings and seasons.
Steel construction with organised fuel storage
The body is made from 3 mm steel. Slotted tabs connect the panels to form a tall base, a rectangular firebox and a shelf beneath it. This arrangement allows the brazier to be assembled for cooking and taken apart when a permanent installation is not required. The lower shelf provides a defined place for firewood or charcoal kept in reserve. Fuel therefore remains close to the cooking area without occupying the surrounding ground. The tall side panels support both the firebox and the shelf, creating one integrated freestanding structure.
- Capacity for 14 skewers. A row of positioning notches along the long walls helps distribute the skewers across the available cooking length.
- Dimensions of 85 × 35 × 85 cm. The figures refer to height, width and length respectively, making it easier to plan a suitable spot before assembly.
- 3 mm steel panels. This thickness gives the full-size walls useful rigidity and provides enough metal mass to absorb heat from the charcoal bed.
- Lower fuel shelf. Reserve wood or charcoal can be kept within reach and added when required without spreading supplies around the cooking position.
- Purposeful panel details. Cut-out handholds are formed in both end panels, while flame-shaped openings add a distinctive decorative element to the tall sides.
Setting up for cooking
Choose a level, stable and non-combustible outdoor surface. Before lighting the fuel, check that every tab is seated fully in its matching slot, the side panels stand straight and the lower shelf is securely supported. Firewood or charcoal used for cooking belongs in the firebox; the shelf is intended for the prepared reserve. Arrange skewers in the notches with enough clearance to turn each one freely and prevent food from pressing against the next skewer. When cooking a smaller batch, spreading the occupied positions evenly along the firebox helps make practical use of the available heat.
The brazier is intended for outdoor cooking with firewood or charcoal. Keep it clear of dry vegetation, low branches and objects that may be damaged by heat. Although the end panels include handholds, the unit must only be repositioned or dismantled after the fire is completely out and every metal part has cooled. Skewers, cooking grids and other accessories should be selected by their actual measurements. An adjustable firebox-bottom mechanism is offered as a separate option and should not be assumed to be part of the standard configuration.
Cleaning and seasonal storage
Allow the brazier to cool fully after cooking, remove ash and unburned charcoal, then clean the inner surfaces with a dry brush or cloth. All components should be cool and dry before they are separated. Keeping the dismantled panels under cover in a dry storage area limits prolonged exposure of the steel to moisture. This model is well suited to buyers who need 14 skewer positions, a tall working height, a dedicated shelf for fuel and a construction that can be taken apart between trips or after the outdoor-cooking season.
