High Collapsible Stainless Steel Brazier for 8 Skewers, 85 × 35 × 50 cm
Description
This high collapsible brazier is designed for cooking food on eight skewers. Its rectangular structure is made from 3 mm stainless steel and measures 85 × 35 × 50 cm. With an overall height of 85 cm, the firebox stands above compact low-profile travel braziers, reducing the need for repeated deep bending while the charcoal is monitored and the skewers are turned. The firebox can be used with charcoal or firewood.
Structure and cooking area
The 50 cm firebox length provides eight separate skewer positions. Shaped slots along the upper edges help keep the skewers in place while leaving every portion directly accessible. The body is 35 cm wide, so this measurement should be considered when selecting skewers: they need enough working length to rest securely across both sides. The open cooking area allows meat, poultry, fish, or vegetables to be turned separately and repositioned according to the distribution of heat.

Detachable format and fuel shelf
The side supports, firebox, and lower connecting shelf form a tall modular structure. No tools are required for assembly because the components join through the intended slots and fastenings. Before lighting the fuel, place the fully assembled brazier on a level, non-combustible surface and check the position of both supports. The structure should be taken apart only after combustion has stopped and every metal component has cooled completely.
The lower shelf connects the side sections while providing a separate place for a supply of dry firewood or charcoal. Fuel can remain close to the cooking area without occupying the ground immediately around the brazier. Heat-sensitive objects should not be placed on this shelf because the adjoining metal components can become hot during cooking.
Cleaning and storage
After the firebox has cooled completely, remove the ash and remaining fuel. The surfaces can be cleaned with a dry brush that has no excessively stiff bristles capable of leaving scratches; when necessary, the stainless steel may be washed and then wiped thoroughly. Do not pour water onto hot metal to accelerate cooling, as the rapid temperature change places unnecessary stress on the material. Before disassembly, every component should be clean and dry so that moisture, ash, and debris are not trapped between adjoining panels. Store the separated brazier in a dry location without sharp temperature fluctuations.
