Description

This folding suitcase brazier is designed for cooking meat, vegetables and other food on skewers over charcoal. The firebox provides 10 skewer positions, allowing several portions to be arranged at the same time. After cooking, the structure comes apart and folds into a flat metal case measuring 545 × 240 × 55 mm. This format is convenient for placement in a car boot or a dry storage area, while the approximate weight of 7.05 kg should be considered when carrying the brazier.

Tool-free folding construction

The body is made from 2 mm steel and has a black finish. Stiffening ribs reinforce the broad side panels of the firebox. The walls and legs connect without tools or separate small fasteners, so no assembly kit is needed at the cooking site and there is no collection of loose bolts or nuts to keep track of after dismantling. The legs are 51 cm long. Before lighting the charcoal, every component should be fitted completely, the connections checked, and the assembled firebox confirmed to be level and stable.

  • Type: portable folding suitcase brazier.

  • Wall thickness: 2 mm.
  • Capacity: 10 skewers.
  • Folded dimensions: 545 × 240 × 55 mm.

  • Skewer positions: slots arranged at two levels.

Two positions above the charcoal

Slots at different heights allow the distance between the food and the heat source to be changed. The lower setting brings the skewers closer to the charcoal, while the upper setting increases the gap. This provides a practical way to adjust the intensity of the heat for the amount of charcoal and the current cooking stage without moving the whole brazier. The dedicated slots organise the skewers along the firebox and leave access for turning them in sequence.

Setup, cleaning and storage

Place the brazier on a level, stable and non-combustible surface away from dry grass, branches and objects that may catch fire. Distribute the charcoal along the firebox according to the actual cooking load. A lit brazier must not be left unattended, moved or folded. When cooking is finished, allow the steel to cool naturally; do not pour water onto the hot metal.

Once the surfaces are cold, remove ash, soot and food residue with a dry, soft brush. Washing the structure or using abrasive cleaners is not recommended. The panels and legs must be completely dry before the unit is folded. Store the steel components in a dry location protected from rain and prolonged contact with damp ground. The flat case format makes the brazier easier to position between trips without reserving a permanent cooking area for it.
