Folding 3 mm Steel Suitcase Grill for 12 Skewers
Description
This folding suitcase grill provides 12 positions for skewers. It changes from a full working brazier on tall legs into a compact metal case, so the same structure can be used for charcoal cooking, carried in a vehicle and stored between trips. The format suits cooks who need generous skewer capacity without reserving a permanent place for a fixed grill.
Construction and heat control
The body is made from ordinary 3 mm steel. Reinforcing ribs support the walls as they heat up. The skewer slots are arranged at two levels: the working section of each skewer can sit closer to the coals for more intense heat or higher when a greater distance from the fuel is preferred. Heat adjustment is therefore made by repositioning the skewers, with no separate lifting mechanism required.
The brazier is 69 cm long and 29 cm wide. Overall height in the working position is 70 cm, including 55 cm legs. This layout raises the cooking area above the ground and leaves comfortable access for turning and checking the skewers. The legs screw into place without tools; after disassembly, the parts fold into the suitcase-style body. An integrated handle in the side panel is provided for carrying.

Setup and care
Before lighting the charcoal, unfold the grill completely, fit the legs and check that it stands steadily on a level, non-combustible surface. Place the charcoal inside the brazier and use only the number of skewer positions needed for the cooking session. Select the slot level according to the actual heat from the coals. Move, disassemble or close the grill only after it has cooled naturally and completely.
Ordinary steel needs protection from moisture. Once the grill is cool, remove the charcoal and ash, clean the surfaces with a dry brush that is not excessively stiff, and keep the grill in a dry place. Do not accelerate cooling with cold water and do not fold the body while it is damp. A cover may be used separately for storage protection, but it is not stated as part of the supplied set. This routine matters especially with a folding case: no ash, moisture or hot particles should remain inside before the body is closed.
