Tall Collapsible Stainless Steel Brazier for 16 Skewers “Слава Україні”
Description
A tall firebox with a collapsible structure
This stainless steel brazier is designed for cooking meat, fish, and vegetables over charcoal. The firebox is raised on two broad side supports, keeping the cooking area well above ground level. Its elongated open layout provides direct access to the fuel and every skewer: charcoal can be distributed along the firebox, while individual portions can be turned or removed without disturbing the entire row. Separate notches along the upper edges organise the skewers and help maintain space between neighbouring portions.
Model layout
- 16 skewer positions. The long firebox accommodates a substantial row of portions without requiring the skewers to overlap.
- Collapsible format. The firebox, side supports, and connecting lower section form a tall structure that can be separated into individual parts once every component has cooled completely.
- Lower shelf. The section between the supports is intended for a dry reserve of firewood or charcoal. It is a storage surface rather than a second place for lighting a fire.
- Patriotic decoration. The front panel carries the inscription “Слава Україні”, while both side supports feature openwork trident motifs.
Assembly and preparation
Before lighting the fuel, seat every connecting part fully and check that the firebox is correctly positioned on its supports. Use the brazier outdoors on a level, stable, non-combustible surface, clear of dry vegetation and objects that could ignite. Fuel belongs in the upper firebox. Once it has burned down, spread the charcoal across the cooking area so that no open flame remains directly beneath the food. Place the skewers in their corresponding notches and turn them individually according to the heat available in each part of the firebox.
Select skewers long enough for their working sections to rest securely on both edges while their handles remain outside the heated area. Any grill grate should be matched to the actual length and width of the opening. The figure “16” describes the number of provided skewer positions; it is not a firebox dimension and does not indicate the number of accessories supplied with the brazier.
Cooling, cleaning, and storage
Allow the brazier to cool completely and naturally after cooking. Do not move or dismantle it while hot, and do not pour water onto heated panels for rapid cooling, as the sudden temperature change may affect the panels and their joints. Remove cold ash and spent fuel from the firebox, then clean the surfaces with a soft sponge or nylon brush. Hard metal brushes and abrasive cleaning products may scratch stainless steel.
After wet cleaning, rinse the parts and wipe them dry. Pay particular attention to slots, edges, and connecting points because trapped residue can obstruct the next assembly. Keep the separated components in a dry, enclosed storage area. Before the next use, check that the joints are clean, the side supports are correctly installed, and the fully assembled brazier stands securely on its prepared base.
